Was ist das Problem mit der #Debian Webseite? Es enthält viele wichtige Informationen.

Es gibt meiner Meinung nach wichtiger Dinge, welche bei der Wahl einer Distribution zu beachten sind. Debian hat einen Gesellschaftsvertrag. Es hat eine sehr gute Infrastruktur (Mailinglisten, IRC und XMPP Chats, Bug Reports können ohne Anmeldung per Mail erfolgen, Manpages, Dokumentation und vieles mehr).

Was vielleicht fehlt, ist eine Art vorkonfiguriertes System. Man kann jedoch drüber streiten, in wie weit dies sinnvoll ist oder eben nicht.
Um dies jedoch zu schaffen, ist meiner Meinung nach keine neue Distribution nötig. Ein #Desktop auf Basis von einem Debian Pure Blend ist meiner Meinung nach die richtige Lösung.
