Persönlich ist mir freie Anbieterwahl wichtig. Das ist ein Grund, warum ich den Standard nutze, siehe imday.de/

Signal ist vermutlich der einfachere Move... persönlich bin ich aber kein Fan davon, wieder bei einem Anbieter festzustecken.

          Unfortunately spam and abuse - like anywhere on the Internet - can be a problem in public channels on the Jabber/XMPP network.
          That's why the next version of is combining ban and message deletion (moderation) into one step.

          Let's hope you won't need that functionality very often.

            La situacion en .com.ar es la siguiente, cortaron la luz, parece que el corte es grande porque Edesur puso un generador para suplir la falta de servicio que desde hace 12 horas nos dejo sin luz. El tema es que eso afecto a los nodos del ISP y todavia no hay servicio de internerd en la zona.

            Esperemos que cuando vuelva internerd el ISP recuerde que tenemos IP publica... hasta entonces sera todo incertidumbre.

            Si no vuelve solo, tendre que gestionar una visita tevcnica del ISP... asi que en el peor de los casos nos vemos la semana que viene.

                                      I'm in Belgium for and the Summit, and ever since I crossed the border on Wednesday, my roaming has been extremely spotty or non-existent. It's amazing how much XMPP instant messaging traffic I can still get through a very slow EDGE connection, whereas the Mastodon API with Tusky doesn't work at all.
